The Iloilo National High School is envisioned to be the center of excellence that would promote the actualization of the fullest potential of the students.

          It's mission is to deliver basic and relevant education in order to produce Ilonngos who are functionally literate, useful, innovative, patriotic, and disciplined in a school environment of peacer, trust, confidence, harmony, fairness, and justice.

          Moreover, it aims to produce graduates who would be valued and respected in the global community brough about by the quality of education which is of world class excellence.
